Josie

Josephine (Josie) is a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) who brings her passion for animals to her role. She chose the veterinary field to make a meaningful impact on the lives of pets and their owners. Josie graduated from Seneca Polytechnic as a Veterinary Assistant (VTA) in 2024, following her Bachelor of Arts in Honours Music from the University of Waterloo in 2023.

She loves connecting with pet owners and ensuring their animals receive the best care, finding great fulfillment in her work. A fun fact about Josie is that she’s fluent in English and draws on her creative background in music to bring a unique perspective to her role. At home, Josie lives with her two black cats (DSH), Salem and Dweezi, in a household full of creatures—her family shares her deep love for animals.
